day of arrival, the amount of the first night will be charged on
the credit card. (NO EXCEPTIONS!)
For rooms with private bathroom and toilet or rooms with 2 beds, cancellation policy is 7 days and not 3 days. Cancellation policies may change depending of stay durations, saisons of the year or events.
